Creo oportuno, acompañar las verdades que redactamos en FB y blogs, con efectos jurídicos aplicando para ello la LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE, pidiendo amparo ante los TRIBUNALES.
Hace unos meses pensé la decisión, harto ya de tanta crítica "imbécil" y destructiva, de tomar las medidas legales y de amparo jurídico, porque opinar gratuitamente está muy bien, pero cuando hay que ir a un juzgado acompañado de procurador y abogado, muchos "trolls marciales" se lo van a pensar; en España la JUSTICIA es cara, y todo cuesta....
Hace unos meses, y después de dar un seminario, por mi parte gratuito, otros se llevaron el dinero.... dio comienzo por ciertas personas una campaña de desprestigio, en fb, internet, llamadas a otros Maestros, solo con el objetivo infame de la difamación.
Realizadas por la Policía varias investigaciones, se abrió el caso, Y EL DIA 23 DE ABRIL se realiza el JUICIO DE FALTAS; ese día habrá mas información, con nombres y datos, y la sentencia del Juez.
