TRIBUNAL ARBITRAL INTERNACIONAL DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE GRADOS
EXAMEN DE GRADOS FEDERADOS
Todos nuestros Asociados CINTURONES NEGROS, que quieran convalidar en nuestra Institución sus Grados, deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos del TRIBUNAL INTERNACIONAL ARBITRAL DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE GRADOS.
El Tribunal Arbitral Internacional de Reconocimiento de Grados, tiene su Sede Oficial, en USA, reconocida y registrada su capacidad como TRIBUNAL DE ARBITRAJE por el Estado de DELAWARE (USA).
Basa su JURISDICCIÓN INTERNACIONAL, en la Convención de Nueva York, de 1.958, dentro del Convenio de las Naciones Unidas para el Derecho Mercantil Internacional.
Los países que han ratificado y confirmado la CONVENCIÓN DE NUEVA YORK, pueden consultarse aquí.
FECHAS: Será comunicado en el Cronograma Anual de la W.C.U.
JURADO: Determinado por el Tribunal Internacional de Grados.
REQUISITOS:
Ser mayor de edad (18 años), en caso contrario se le otorgará el rango de cinturón negro júnior y cumpliendo la mayoría de edad se le refrendará su título.
Poseer Cinturón Negro de una Escuela y/o estilo debidamente reconocido, y afiliado a la W.C.U.
Presentar certificado de Antecedentes Penales.
Carta de presentación de su Escuela y/o estilo.
Autorización escrita de su Sensei quien deberá pertenecer a la W.C.U., o ser un Maestro de reconocido prestigio.
Fotocopia de la Cédula de ciudadanía y tres fotos (actualizadas) tamaño carné a color.
En caso de que un candidato a cinturón negro no se presentara por causas debidamente justificado: deberán enviar una justificación por escrito dirigido al Tribunal Internacional de Grados y así podrá presentarse al examen inmediato posterior. La justificación se enviara en un máximo de tres días después de la fecha del examen.
ESTRUCTURA GENERAL DEL EXAMEN
PRIMERO: EVALUACIÓN CURRICULAR:
Esta se hará presentando de acuerdo al CURRICULUM VITAE, enviado a la Secretaria General de la W.C.U.
SEGUNDO: EXAMEN ESCRITO:
2.1. Para 1er, 2do Dan de acuerdo a los temas que indican a continuación:
Historia: Origen, desarrollo, estilo y sus características.
Técnica: Principios Fundamentales de Su Estilo.
2.2. Para 3er Dan presentación y sustentación de monografía (con máximo de 5 páginas en formato A4 a doble espacio).
2.3. Para 4to Dan presentación y sustentación de monografía con máximo de 5 páginas en formatos A4 o doble espacio).
2.4. Para 5to Dan sustentación de tesis (con un mínimo de 12 páginas en formatos A4 o doble espacio).
TERCERO: EXAMEN PRÁCTICO.
3.1. Los postulantes que tengan algún impedimento para rendir la prueba práctica deberán comunicarlo por escrito al momento de presentar su currículum para así proceder su exoneración.
3.2. A partir de los 35 años de edad el postulante a cualquier grado podrá optar por Jiyu-Kumite, Shiai-Kumite, Defensa Personal o Kobudo, o lo correspondiente al estilo que practique, según las instrucciones de Director Internacional de la WCU.
3.3. Contenido y Criterio para la evaluación para todos los Estilos
La actitud y la presentación personal respetuosa desde el inicio al final.
Basándose en los siete principios del Bushido. Arte marcial de Guerra.
GI: La verdad, la actitud justa, la decisión ecuánime
YU: La bravura que origina el Heroísmo.
JIN: Amor y benevolencia hacia la humanidad.
REI: El comportamiento justo que es un punto fundamental.
MAKOTO: Sinceridad total.
MELYO: El honor y la gloria.
CHUGI: Nobleza y lealtad
3.4. CRITERIOS PARA LA EVALUACIÓN.- PRÁCTICA.
Los Miembros del Tribunal de Grado Examinador observarán muy prolíficamente durante el desarrollo del examen práctico del postulante si es que se cumplen los conceptos que son las características Técnicas Fundamentales a todos los estilos de Artes Marciales.
El denominado Test Técnico - Físico: Para Primero, Segundo, Tercero, Cuarto y Quinto Dan, deberán ser tabulados y calificados por los miembros del Tribunal de Rango.
Luego del examen Teórico - Práctico deberá presentarse por escrito las calificaciones obtenidas: Apto o no Apto por el Director del Tribunal.
De la Puntuación: Aptos
Primer Dan: + 70%
Segundo Dan: + 75%
Tercer Dan: + 85%
Cuarto Dan: + 95%
Quinto Dan: 100%
Menos de estos promedios serán considerados no aptos.
El resultado se obtendrá por el promedio de todas las calificaciones que tabularán los integrantes del Tribunal de Grados Federados.
Examen: Teórico 20%
Examen: Práctico 80%
Total 100%
El examen teórico será tomado previamente al examen práctico, deberá durar no más de veinte (20) minutos en la contestación de las preguntas entregadas por el jurado examinador.
TIEMPOS MÍNIMOS:
Desde que recibió el CINTURÓN NEGRO.
- CINTURÓN NEGRO 2 DAN - 3 AÑOS DE PRIMER DAN.
- CINTURÓN NEGRO 3 DAN - 4 AÑOS DE SEGUNDO DAN.
- CINTURÓN NEGRO 4 DAN - 5 AÑOS DE TERCER DAN.
- CINTURÓN NEGRO 5 DAN - 6 AÑOS DE CUARTO DAN.
- CINTURÓN NEGRO 6 DAN - 7 AÑOS DE QUINTO DAN.
A partir del 7 Dan, se entregará según la trayectoria marcial internacional del Maestro Solicitante.

REVIEW OF GRADES FEDERATED
The International Arbitral Tribunal Degrees Recognition has its official headquarters in USA, acknowledged and recorded his capacity as ARBITRATION by the State of DELAWARE ( USA) .
INTERNATIONAL JURISDICTION bases in the New York Convention of 1958, under the Convention of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law .
Countries that have ratified and confirmed the CONVENTION OF NEW YORK, can be found here .
DATES : To be reported in the annual schedule of the WCU
JURY : Determined by the International Court of Grados.
REQUIREMENTS:
Be an adult (18 years) , otherwise you will be granted the rank of junior black belt and fulfilling adulthood will endorse its title.
Possessing a Black Belt School duly recognized and / or style, and member of the WCU
Submit certificate Criminal Record .
Letter from your school and / or style.
Written their Sensei who must belong to the WCU , or become a renowned Master Authorization.
Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate and three photos ( updated) passport size color it .
If a candidate does not submit black belt for duly justified reasons: they must provide a statement in writing to the International Court of degrees and so it could be the immediate subsequent examination. The justification was sent on up to three days after the test date .
GENERAL STRUCTURE OF THE REVIEW
FIRST: CURRICULUM EVALUATION :
This will be presented according to CV, sent to the General Secretary of the WCU
TWO: WRITTEN EXAMINATION :
2.1. For 1st, 2nd Dan according to the topics listed below:
History: Origin, development , style and features.
Technique: The Fundamental Principles Style .
2.2 . For presentation and supporting 3rd Dan monograph ( with up to 5 A4 pages double-spaced ) .
2.3 . For 4th Degree presentation and monograph sustaining maximum of 5 pages in A4 or double space) formats.
2.4 . 5th Dan for supporting the thesis (minimum of 12 pages in A4 format or double space ) .
THREE: PRACTICAL EXAM.
3.1 . Applicants who have a disability to perform the practical test shall communicate in writing when submitting your resume and proceed to his exoneration .
3.2 . From the age of 35 to any degree the applicant may choose to Jiyu- Kumite , Kumite Shiai - , or Kobudo Self Defense , or for the style you practice, as directed by International Director of the WCU .

3.4. CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION - . PRACTICE.

- 2 DAN BLACK BELT - FIRST 3 YEARS OF DAN .

- 4 DAN BLACK BELT - 5 YEAR THIRD DAN .
- DAN BLACK BELT 5 - 6 YEARS OF FOURTH DAN .
- DAN BLACK BELT 6 - 7 YEARS OF FIFTH DAN .
From 7th Dan , will be delivered according to the international martial trajectory Master Applicant.
